Let’s celebrate National Science Week with a STEMM Stroll on the Sunshine Coast.

STEMM Strolls – aiming to bring STEMM students and professionals together in regional areas. Local get togethers to find new networks, find mentors, and support groups especially in regional areas where it is hard to do so. Sharing intersecting diverse experiences from the women in STEMM community through STEMM Strolls provides an opportunity to strengthen the status of women and girls in STEMM. Bringing the community together is a step in the right direction for gender equality.

We are grateful to Inspiring Australia Queensland and the University of the Sunshine Coast for supporting this event.

• 9am – meet in the foyer of the Chancellery Building (Building C) at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Sippy Downs Campus.
• 9.15am – stroll commences (approximately 30-45minutes)
• 10am – refreshments at C Block
• 10.20am – an optional University tour is available to those interested
